Job Description:

MBLTI is seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team.  The right candidate will have extensive experience in the automotive industry servicing and repairing both ICE and EV based automobile platforms. In this role, you will  lead alongside team of technicians who work on converting vehicles from ICE to EVs and other retrofitting projects. Prior experience as a technician supporting customers in  the Mobility, Railway Technology, Industrial Technology, and Aerospace  Industries supporting is required.

Responsibilities for this role include the following:

•  Responsible for retrofitting vehicles using custom conversion kits.

•  Customer support, troubleshooting and testing of vehicles.

• Coordination of service from estimate to successful order delivery.

•  Train and inspire technicians and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive Servicing , Engineering or similar

•  3+ years of automotive servicing and repair experience

•  Experience with automotive maintenance and repair systems

•  Great communication
